Terms of Use

The Service provides English-language learning content — including lessons, conversations, podcasts, vocabulary tools and study notes — across CEFR levels A1 to C1, with instructions and translations available in several languages.

We may add, change or remove features at any time to improve the learning experience.

To access most features you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Service.

The Service offers a free tier with a limited preview — the first two items of each section (lessons, vocabulary decks and podcasts). Full access requires a paid subscription.

The subscription is a single monthly plan, billed in Brazilian reais (R$ 19/month) or US dollars (US$ 4.99/month) depending on your region. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with prior notice.

Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your request in good faith.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: copying, reselling or redistributing our content; attempting to access the Service by unauthorized means; uploading unlawful, infringing or harmful content; or interfering with the security or operation of the Service.

You may create content within the Service, such as study notes. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for the content you create and must hold the rights to any material you upload.

All lessons, audio, text, design and software that make up the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning.

The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, payments, speech recognition and AI features (see our Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for the availability or practices of these third parties.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee any specific learning outcome, nor that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated explanations and translations may occasionally contain mistakes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Brazil.
